Scientific Games is not one continuous company any more, and that matters more than anything else on this page.
In 2021 Scientific Games Corporation agreed to divest two divisions: the lottery business, sold to Brookfield, and the sports betting business, sold to Endeavor. The lottery business kept the Scientific Games name. The remaining parent — gaming machines, table games and the digital and igaming operation — renamed itself Light & Wonder, Inc. in March 2022.
So the company that supplies online slots, table games and the OpenGaming aggregation platform today is Light & Wonder. The name Scientific Games now sits on a lottery business with no confirmed online casino content offering at all.
The SG Digital brand, the pre-2022 digital division, was not spun off. It continued inside Light & Wonder. Profiles describing SG Digital as a standalone supplier today are describing something that no longer exists under that name.
