Its website gives the parent as Skywind Group Holdings LTD, with Skywind Holdings Limited for UK business and Skywind Malta Limited (C 87023) in Malta. The headquarters address, in the Madison Building on Queensway, Gibraltar, matches the one on the UK Gambling Commission register. The pages we read do not name the founders or shareholders.
The company says it employs more than 250 people across Gibraltar, Malta, Bucharest and Nicosia, and describes a portfolio of more than 250 video slots plus live dealer games, run on its own platform. Company boilerplate in 2024 trade releases put the portfolio at 300-plus games, live in 19 or more regulated markets and connected to more than 1,000 operators.

European Gaming reported in January and February 2024 that Thunderkick and Hacksaw Gaming content went live on Romanian casino sites it described as Skywind Group’s own, including Princess Casino and Luck, and called Skywind Group one of the country’s top five online casino operators.
