The studio
Who SimplePlay are
SimplePlay describes itself as founded by veteran gaming enthusiasts and says it is part of the SA Gaming group. SA Gaming, a supplier of live dealer baccarat, roulette, sic bo and other table games, lists SimplePlay among its brands on its own website.
SimplePlay does not publish a founding year, office address, legal entity or staff numbers. Its site is offered in English, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese and Portuguese, and its contact channels include Telegram and LINE alongside email.
The range covers video slots, fishing games and a set of quick table and crash-style games such as Color SicBo, Bomb Adventure, Pula-Puti and Gorilla Rush. The IGP catalogue lists 82 SimplePlay titles.
Its trade releases since 2024 are mostly product announcements. In November 2025 it signed a distribution deal with the aggregator Timeless Tech, in which Osman Walker was named as SimplePlay’s chief strategy officer.

What makes it different
What the studio is built around
What SimplePlay’s own site and release notices show about its focus.
Asian themes and languages
Many slots draw on Chinese folklore and festivals, such as Ji Gong, Fortune Cat and Ne Zha Blazing, and the site runs in Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Portuguese as well as English.
Quick table games
A separate table range includes dice games such as Color SicBo, Thai HiLo, Fish Prawn Crab and Pula-Puti, mini-games like Bomb Adventure, and crash-style games such as Gorilla Rush and Shark Rush.
Fishing games
SimplePlay lists fishing games as a core product line next to slots, and the November 2025 Timeless Tech announcement named fishing and crash games in the package.
Group ties, little disclosure
Most corporate detail sits with SA Gaming. SimplePlay’s own site cites BMM RNG certificates and shows IGA, EGR B2B 2020 and SPiCE award logos, without saying what the awards were for.
Where it runs
Markets and licensing
SimplePlay publishes no licence of its own. Its about page says its games hold RNG certificates from BMM and meet European technical standards; we did not see the certificates.
The SA Gaming group site lists a Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board national manufacturer licence (10195939-002), a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence (OGL/2024/154/0133) and a Peru MINCETUR supplier licence (PSV0299), with addresses in Cape Town and Curaçao. It does not say whether these cover SimplePlay’s games, and we did not check them on the regulators’ registers.
The November 2025 Timeless Tech deal was aimed at Europe and Latin America, according to European Gaming.
