The studio
Who Pascal Gaming are
Pascal Gaming is a game studio within the SoftConstruct group. Its website is operated by Soft Construct (Malta) Limited, registered in Malta under number C45929 with an address in Portomaso, St Julian’s, and a September 2026 press release describes Pascal Gaming as an Armenian-founded developer that is part of the SoftConstruct group of companies.
The company does not publish a founding year. Two industry directories give 2022, which fits the earliest coverage we found: iGaming Business reported the crash game Drift in July 2022. We found no named executives in its recent announcements.
Its earliest reported releases are crash games. By ICE 2023 it was showing slot, table, arcade and lottery lines, and it now lists slots, crash, instant and table games. It said in 2026 that its portfolio passed 130 titles and that it has about two million active players, both company-stated figures. The IGP catalogue holds 38 Pascal Gaming titles.

What makes it different
What the studio is built around
Pascal Gaming’s announcements and trade coverage point to four traits.
Roots in crash games
The earliest release we found reported is the crash game Drift, in July 2022. By ICE 2023 it was showing slot, table, arcade and lottery lines, and six new slots with a four-level jackpot followed in May 2023.
Part of SoftConstruct
The website is run by Soft Construct (Malta) Limited, which also trades as BetConstruct, CreedRoomz and Popok on the UK register. A 2026 release says Pascal Gaming is part of the SoftConstruct group.
Provable fairness
Drift launched with a provable-fairness system, and at ICE 2023 the studio showed Gravity, which it described as bringing provable fairness to retail.
Ronaldinho-branded titles
In 2026 it is promoting Fortune Ronaldinho and the crash game Avinho R10, made with the Brazilian footballer, as a way into newly regulated markets.

Markets and licensing
The UK Gambling Commission public register, checked in September 2026, shows Soft Construct (Malta) Limited (account 40767) with active remote licences, including gambling software, and lists pascal gaming as an active trading name. This is the one licence claim we could confirm on a regulator register.
Pascal Gaming’s website also says Soft Construct (Malta) Limited holds a Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence issued on 1 August 2018, printed on the site as MGA/2B/286/2014. We could not search the MGA register to confirm it. The studio said in 2026 that it holds 18 market certifications and is pursuing approvals in Brazil, Peru, the Philippines, Eastern Europe and Africa; in January 2024 it cited nine jurisdictions.
