Gaming Corps: a listed studio, which means you can actually check things

Gaming Corps AB trades on Nasdaq First North, so its announcements are mandatory disclosures with dates attached. Its Malta subsidiary holds the MGA and UKGC licences. Very few content suppliers are this verifiable.

Who Gaming Corps are

Two entities, and they are not interchangeable. Gaming Corps AB is the Swedish parent, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market as GCOR, and it is the entity that files financial reports. Gaming Corps Malta LTD, Malta registration C 92863, is the licensed operating subsidiary and the entity named on the MGA and UKGC licences. Cite the licence under the Malta company, not the parent.

The operational base is Enköping in Sweden. The company was founded in 2014. The chief executive is Juha Kauppinen; Bulent Balikci chairs the board and also holds a business development role.

The output is slots plus several separately marketed RNG lines: Plinko, multiplier games, table games and mine games. No live casino and no betting or virtual sports products.

Being listed changes what you can rely on. Every partnership below comes from a dated regulatory release, not from a marketing page — including the ones a supplier would rather not publish.

The company publishes win-potential multipliers such as 10,000x and 20,000x. Those are marketing figures, not testing-laboratory outputs, and we treat them the same way we treat RTP — we do not present them as data. The company’s roadmap also lists titles scheduled for late 2026; those are not shipped and we do not list them as released.

What makes it different

What being listed changes

Disclosure obligations produce a different quality of information than a marketing page does.

Dated, mandatory announcements

Every partnership in the timeline below comes from a regulatory release with a date. For supplier due diligence that is a materially different starting point from a studio whose news page is a blog.

Non-slot lines marketed separately

Plinko, mine games, multiplier games and tables are sold as their own categories rather than buried in a slots catalogue. For lobby planning that distinction is useful.

Disclosure cuts both ways

A June 2026 bridge loan is a financing event, not a product launch, and a July 2026 termination of two development agreements is a partnership ending. Both are in the public record. Aggregator pages that list the terminated deal as active have not caught up.

Where it runs

Markets and licensing

MGA/B2B/755/2019, a Type 1 B2B critical supply licence, and UK Gambling Commission account 63312 — both held by Gaming Corps Malta LTD, not by the listed parent.

An Alberta igaming licence was obtained from the AGLC in May 2026, extending Canadian coverage.

Named operator and distribution relationships from dated releases include Playtech, Games Global, Entain, evoke plc, bet365, Bally’s and Intralot, Loto-Québec, Casumo, BetMGM, Betfair, Rank Interactive and EGT Digital.

One caution for anyone copying a partner list from elsewhere: agreements with Denwena and Degen Studios were terminated in July 2026 and should not appear as current.
