White label casino launch checklist: what to settle before you go live

A white label gets a casino live faster than any other route, because the licence, platform and content are already running. What decides how well it runs afterwards is what you settle before launch. Use this checklist with any white label provider.

The short version

  • Know whose licence you run on and which markets it covers.
  • Agree payments: methods, providers and who can change them.
  • Put player data ownership and export in the contract.
  • Check the content that is actually live in your markets.
  • Plan the exit: what moves with you if you take your own licence.

Licence and markets

On a white label you operate under the provider’s licence. Ask for the list of markets it covers and the ones it does not, in writing. That list decides where you can take players. More on the model on our white label casino page.

Payments

Ask which payment methods and providers are live for your markets, who decides when a method is added or removed, and how withdrawals are approved. Payments decide whether a market converts, so treat them as part of the product, not a back-office detail.

Player data

Agree what player data you can see, what you can export and in which format. This matters for CRM today and for any move to your own licence later.

Content

A headline catalogue means little if part of it is not certified where you operate. Ask for the provider list that is live in each of your markets, and check that the lobby can be ordered and curated by your team.

Bonuses, CRM and reporting

Check what you can change yourself: bonus rules, lobby order, banners, copy and campaigns. Ask what reporting you see: player-level and provider-level numbers, or a monthly summary only.

The route out

Many brands start on a white label and later take their own licence. Agree now what transfers (accounts, balances, bonus liabilities, history) and how the migration runs. With IGP that move is planned onto the same casino platform.

Frequently asked questions

It is the fastest of the launch routes, because the licence, platform and content already run. The timeline depends mostly on brand, design and the payment methods for your markets.
That is decided in the contract. Agree in writing what player data you can access and export, and in what format, before you sign.
Yes, if the contract allows it. With IGP the move is planned as a migration onto the same casino platform, with accounts, balances and history mapped and moved.
