Sportsbook and casino on one wallet: how it works and what to test

Bonus funds

Sport and casino bonuses usually carry different wagering rules, and some markets restrict cross-product bonuses. The wallet has to know which funds may be used where, in which order cash and bonus money are consumed, and how a bonus is cleared or forfeited.

Limits and responsible gambling

Deposit, loss and session limits should apply to the player, not to one product. A player who hits a loss limit in the casino should not be able to keep losing in the sportsbook. Check that limits are enforced before the bet, in both products.

Settlement timing

A slot settles in a second; a pre-match bet may settle days later, and cash-out changes the amount. The wallet has to hold open sport bets correctly, show the player what is pending, and reconcile both products in the same reporting.
