Winfinity is a live casino supplier founded in 2020 in Latvia, according to its SAGSE Latam exhibitor profile and a March 2025 Yogonet report. Its games are owned and operated by WSOFT LTD. Latvia’s company register, viewed through Lursoft, shows WSoft SIA registered in Riga on 24 July 2020 and wholly owned by Stropus LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. The website footer also names WINFINITY LIMITED as copyright holder.
The catalogue centres on classic tables filmed in themed studios such as Venice, Bar, Tao Yuan and Monaco. Its main selling point is extra features on those tables: the blackjack Last Chance side bet and Bet in Play option, described as patented in partner announcements, and bonus-buy and multiplier variants of roulette. It also runs game shows (Cabaret Roulette, Agent Spinity, XBall, Sky Jumper) and sells RNG ‘Instant’ versions of several tables.

Own card and video technology
Winfinity says it uses its own card shoe and in-house AI video recognition. Its chief compliance officer, Anna Efimova, told iGaming Expert that the shoes have built-in card scanners and rounds are monitored in real time.
RNG versions of live tables
Its Instant range offers RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger and Top Card. Instant Blackjack, launched in October 2025, uses the Venice, Bar and Monaco studio looks and links to the live table.

Winfinity’s website states that WSOFT LTD is licensed and regulated by the Latvian Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection under licence number P-09. We could not open the inspectorate’s public licence register in September 2026, so the number is company-stated and unchecked. A May 2023 SOFTSWISS announcement also mentioned a Curaçao licence; the current website names only the Latvian one.
No testing-laboratory certificate is named on its website. Winfinity first exhibited at SAGSE Latam in Buenos Aires in March 2024, and trade reports name SOFTSWISS, Pronet Gaming, Slotegrator and Timeless Tech among the platforms carrying its games. Operators tell IGP their markets, and IGP confirms which Winfinity titles can launch there.
