Yeebet Live is presented across the industry as a live casino supplier — baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger and sic bo tables sold to operators. Those are genuine live dealer formats, not RNG tables and not betting games.
The unresolved question is who runs them. Xypher Capital’s own acquisition announcement describes Yeebet Live as “a leading live gaming marketplace” that aggregates tables — language that describes bundling other studios’ feeds. A third-party review, by contrast, says Yeebet has its own offices and studios in the Philippines, Hong Kong and Latvia. The two accounts conflict, and we are not going to pick one.
So: any profile stating that Yeebet runs its own studios in a named city is repeating an unverified claim. Any profile calling it purely an aggregator is doing the same in the other direction. Both need a statement from the company.
No legal entity, registration number or jurisdiction could be confirmed. The founding year is given as both 2015 and 2018 in the same third-party review. No leadership names were found anywhere.

Three things to get right about Yeebet
This supplier has more misinformation attached to it than most, and one number in particular is badly wrong in circulation.
The $500m headline is a currency error
A May 2025 press-distributed article carries a headline calling Yeebet a “$500M/Month” live casino giant. The same article’s body states the figure is THB 500 million a month — Thai baht, roughly 13.5 million US dollars. The headline overstates it by around 37 times. It should never be repeated in dollars.
Studios or marketplace
The acquirer’s own announcement uses marketplace and aggregation language. A review site says owned studios in three countries. Until the company states which, both versions are unverified — and it changes what you are actually buying.
The licence badges do not resolve
Yeebet’s site displays Malta, Spanish DGOJ and French regulator badges. An independent reviewer who checked found none of the badges clickable and stated plainly that the information was unconfirmed. We found no register entry either. Ask for licence numbers before assuming coverage.
The acquisition is the solid fact
Xypher Capital announced the acquisition and a 30 million dollar Series A on 13 February 2025. That is press-release distributed rather than independent journalism, but it is dated and attributable, which is more than the rest of the record offers.

Yeebet’s own site displays licence badges for the Malta Gaming Authority, Spain’s DGOJ and a French regulator. No licence identifier is given, the badges were found not to link to any regulator record, and no register entry could be confirmed.
We attribute no licence number to Yeebet, because none exists in any source we could check.
No legal entity or registration number is published, and a targeted search of the Latvian register did not surface a confirmable entity despite the Latvia HQ claim circulating in a review.
