ELA Games: slot studio behind Joker Cashpot, Buffalo Force and the Winpot games
ELA Games has made slots since 2021 or 2022 (its own statements differ). It trades through Cyprus-registered Fankong Global Limited and holds a Greek licence and an MGA Recognition Notice, both reported by trade press.
The studio
Who ELA Games are
ELA Games is a slot developer that works under the tagline For players, by players. Its privacy policy names the operating company as Fankong Global Limited, a Cypriot company with a registered address in Nicosia. Cyprus registry data republished by a third-party site lists Fankong Global Limited under number HE 407284, registered in February 2020, and the same company filed a US trademark application for the ELA GAMES logo in November 2021.
The founding year is not stated consistently. A February 2023 iGaming Future report, an EGR Intel piece written on the studio’s behalf and several ELA press releases say 2021; other ELA releases and a 2024 CasinoBeats feature say 2022. According to that 2023 report, the studio’s first titles were built using Spinomenal’s White Label Game Studio service. In late 2024 ELA told CasinoBeats it was producing two games a month.
Mike Cini was quoted as business owner when the studio’s MGA approval was reported in December 2023. Marharyta Yerina joined as Managing Director in April 2025, according to an ELA press release, and Yaroslav Soloshenko leads business development. ELA does not publish a headquarters address or staff numbers.

Pot-building Cashpot and Winpot games
Starting with Joker Cashpot in 2024, ELA has released a line of games built around a pot that grows with each spin. A Reset symbol can wipe it, and the player chooses whether to collect or continue.
Hold and Win and jackpot tiers
Buffalo Force, Piñatas Festival and Golden Bunny use Hold and Win or jackpot features. In Golden Bunny, Super Free Spins keep running until a Mini, Minor, Major or Grand jackpot lands.
Reworked fruit-machine formats
Flame Fruits Frenzy, Thunder Ball and Rapid Wild rework the classic fruit slot. Flame Fruits Frenzy, for example, runs on five lines with scatter pays and an optional 50/50 gamble.
An arcade claw game
Cash Crab, launched in January 2023, is a streamed claw-machine game with player chat, bet-behind and tournaments, according to an EGR Intel piece written on ELA’s behalf.

Markets and licensing
Trade press confirms two regulatory steps. In December 2023 iGaming Business reported that ELA had obtained an MGA Recognition Notice from the Malta Gaming Authority, and in December 2025 it reported an operational licence from Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission. Neither report gave a licence number, and we did not see one on ELA’s website.
ELA also says it is live in Sweden, Denmark, Romania and Serbia, and names operator partners including Betsson, Superbet, Stake.dk, Danske Licens Spil, Fonbet (Greece) and MaxBet (Romania). In April 2026 it said nine games had been certified across Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania and Malta. These are company statements. We could not query the MGA register and we did not check the Swedish, Danish or Romanian registers.
Operators tell IGP which markets they serve, and IGP confirms which ELA Games titles can launch there.
