The studio

Who Spinomenal are

Spinomenal is a slot developer that says it was founded in 2014. Its website names Lior Shvartz as founder and CEO and gives the operating company as SubTech Ltd (registration number C90277), with a registered office on South Street in Valletta, Malta. When iGamingBusiness reported the company’s British licence in 2022, it described Spinomenal as Israel-based and said SubTech and a second company, Panda Bluemoon, both trade under the Spinomenal brand.

Leadership titles in recent coverage are not consistent. Trade releases from December 2025 quote Omer Henya as co-CEO, and an iGaming Future report from July 2026 calls him CEO, while the company’s own news page still described Lior Shvartz as founder and CEO in March 2026.

The company’s own pages give different portfolio sizes: the about page mentions more than 100 original HTML5 games and a portfolio of over 300, the home page more than 120 slots, lottery and table games, with two or three new titles a month. Spinomenal also runs an aggregation platform for third-party games and a classic-slot label, Retro Gaming. The IGP catalogue lists 661 Spinomenal titles.

Much of the catalogue is organised into recurring series, such as Demi Gods, Majestic, Book of and 1 Reel. In 2023 iGaming Future described a universe concept in which storylines connect across several games.

Four points that come through in the company’s own material and in trade coverage.

Demi Gods runs to at least a seventh instalment on the company site, and Majestic, Book of and 1 Reel titles recur across the catalogue. iGaming Future wrote in 2023 that storylines link across games.

Aggregation as well as games

Besides its own titles, Spinomenal runs an aggregation platform that it says gives access to more than 2,000 games from third-party providers.

Security and testing claims

The company lists ISO 27001 certification and BMM Testlabs approval on its website. We did not see the certificates themselves.
