Markets and licensing

Tom Horn Gaming states that it obtained a Malta Gaming Authority licence in 2016, a UK Gambling Commission licence in 2017 and a Romanian licence in 2021. Its website does not publish licence numbers. SBC News reported in December 2017 that the company had received a UKGC combined remote operating licence in October 2017. We could not search the MGA or UKGC public registers in September 2026, so current status was not checked.

Its compliance page lists regulated markets including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, the Isle of Man and South Africa. The site footer shows GLI, iTech Labs and Quinel marks but does not name the certificates. Operators tell IGP their markets, and IGP confirms which titles can launch there.
