Who Push Gaming are
Push Gaming was founded in 2010 by Winston Lee and James Marshall. In an interview with iGaming Business, Marshall said the company began by taking land-based casino games and redistributing them online, and only started building its own development operation after an exclusive development deal with Kindred Group.
The company’s website gives two addresses: 10 East Road in London and ST Tower in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta. The UK Gambling Commission register lists the licence holder, Push Gaming Holding Plc, with its head office at the Malta address. A November 2023 note from law firm Foot Anstey put the headcount at more than 100, based in Malta, the UK and Ukraine.
In May 2023 LeoVegas Group, itself owned by MGM Resorts International, agreed to buy a majority stake through its LeoVentures arm. iGaming Business reported that the deal completed in September 2023 and that Push Gaming would keep running as an independent business under its existing management. James Marshall is still named as chief executive in the company’s 2026 announcements.
The catalogue is organised around recurring series, among them Jammin’ Jars, Razor Shark, Big Bamboo, Wild Swarm and the Fat series. The IGP catalogue currently carries 40 Push Gaming titles.

What makes it different
What the studio is built around
In an iGaming Business interview, James Marshall said Push Gaming aims for quality over volume, and its catalogue leans on a few strong series.
Series and sequels
Razor Shark (2019) was followed by Razor Returns and Razor Shark Jackpots (2026); Big Bamboo (2022) by Bamboo Ways, Happy Bamboo and Big Bamboo 2 (2026). Jammin’ Jars also has a sequel, Jammin’ Jars 2.
Mystery symbol mechanics
Several titles hinge on hidden symbols: Razor Shark’s nudging Mystery Stacks, Big Bamboo’s mystery stacks and Boss Bear’s reveal symbols, which turn into wilds or instant prizes.
Character-led Fat series
Fat Santa and Fat Banker both put a central character on the reels who collects wilds during free spins. The series also includes Fat Drac.
Broad regulatory footprint
Besides UK and Malta licences, Push Gaming’s site lists approvals from regulators in Romania, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Gibraltar, Ontario, Alberta, Michigan and New Jersey.
