Who Kendoo are
Kendoo trades as Kendoo Play LTD and gives its address as Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man. Its about page says it was founded in 2024. In a January 2025 interview with European Gaming, the company said Kendoo began as a small outsourcing studio and that launching as a standalone provider was the natural next step.
The launch was announced in January 2025 with three first titles, 3 Hungry Pandas, Nights of Fire and Mariachi Lock, and a management team then listed as COO Sergii Busygin, CPO Polina Koltunova and head of commercial Kate Romanenko. At the time it named Eastern Europe, Asia, South America and Africa as target regions.
Its site claims more than 30 games with monthly releases; its public games page showed 18 titles when we checked in September 2026. Kendoo says it was shortlisted for Casino/Slots Developer of the Year (Small Organisation) at the SBC Awards 2026 and that it won the same category in 2025; we did not find an independent record of the 2025 win.

What makes it different
What the studio is built around
Kendoo’s catalogue leans on a few mechanics reused across numbered series.
Hold and Win
Hold and Win respins with jackpot symbols run through its promoted titles, from 3 Hungry Pandas, with multiplier and double-grid bonus modes, to Bingo Twist.
Pots mechanics
3 Super Fortune Trees is built on a 3 Pots mechanic with Mystery, Multi and Collect features, and Kendoo has discussed 3 Pots and 4 Pots designs in several trade interviews.
Super sequels
Kendoo follows its better-performing games with Super sequels: 3 Super Hungry Pandas in January 2026 and 3 Super Fortune Trees in September 2026.
Twists on known formats
Bingo Twist, released in August 2026, moves a Hold and Win bonus onto a 5×5 bingo grid with 12 possible lines, which Kendoo presents as a new mechanic of its own.
Where it runs
Markets and licensing
Kendoo’s website states that it is licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan and publishes no licence number. It shows Gaming Associates and Riskcherry as certification partners, without certificate details.
In January 2025 an advertising feature on iGaming Business said Kendoo used the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission’s framework, and a European Gaming interview described an Isle of Man licence as in process. When we checked the GSC’s online gambling licensee register and software supplier register in September 2026, Kendoo did not appear on either.
At launch Kendoo named Eastern Europe, Asia, South America and Africa as its focus regions. It does not publish a list of markets where its games are certified.
- Anjouan (Offshore Finance Authority): company-stated, no number published
- Isle of Man GSC: not on licensee or software supplier registers (September 2026)
- Gaming Associates and Riskcherry: shown on site, no certificate details
- Kendoo Play LTD, Douglas, Isle of Man: company-stated
