Fils Game (also written FilsGame and Fils|game) is described by the Italian trade outlet Gioconews as an Anglo-Italian software house based in London and Milan. Its CEO and Head of Games is Stefano Fregoni, whom the Italian business press has also named as CEO of Fils Investments Ltd.
We could not open the studio’s own website when we checked in September 2026, so this profile relies on trade press, partner announcements and game directories. The directories give founding years of 2016, 2017 or 2018, and we found no primary source that settles which is correct.
The output is mainly video slots, with some table games. When Endorphina announced a partnership in December 2022, it described the Fils Game range as slots, tables, quick games and crash games for online casino operators. In 2021 Sisal presented its Rakitabi slot as the first omnichannel slot built on Sisal’s NEXT platform.
In Italy, trade press has reported Fils Game titles going live at Bgame (2022) and at BetFlag, SignorBet and Eurobet (2023), as well as an integration with Light and Wonder in April 2023. The company also presents itself as a platform provider. The IGP catalogue currently lists 31 Fils Game titles.

Italy first
Most of its reported deals are in Italy: Bgame in 2022, then BetFlag, SignorBet and Eurobet in 2023. Its CEO has argued that a product that works under Italy’s constraints is ready to go anywhere.
Platform as well as games
Besides content, Fils Game supplies a casino platform with bonus and tournament tools. In 2024 it said it had grown as a platform provider in Italy and other regulated jurisdictions.
Distribution through partners
Its content has been announced through Endorphina (December 2022) and through an integration with Light and Wonder (April 2023). In 2022 it named SCCG Management as its distribution partner for the US.

We could not confirm any licence held by Fils Game itself. Some directory sites say it holds UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority licences, but none gives a licence number, and we could not find the company on a regulator register we were able to open in September 2026. One aggregator page says its games are tested by GLI and BMM, which we could not confirm either. The operator tells IGP its markets and IGP confirms which titles can launch there.
